Mediation

You Make the Decisions. We Help Guide.

Mediation is a process where we, as neutral facilitators, help parties negotiate an agreement or resolve conflicts. Mediators share general information about the bodies of law that govern the issues parties need help with, but we cannot give "Legal Advice".

 Mediation is:

  • A Voluntary Process
  • Confidential
  • Self-Directed
  • Quicker and Cheaper than Litigation

Are You Ready for Mediation?

Mediation is right for you if you are willing to:

  • Advocate for yourself
  • Creatively problem-solve
  • Remain open-minded
  • Engage in dialogue and listen to the other party

What Mediation Is Not

Mediators do not act as lawyers or arbitrators. We do not make decisions for you and cannot give you  "Legal Advice".
